Thank you for your purchase. We are grateful and hope you are happy with your experience; however, if you are not completely satisfied for any unexpected reason, you may return your item to us for a replacement, gift credit, or a full refund.
We urge you to contact us within a day or so after delivery, so we can speed along to you a replacement or refund. The faster the better, so we can make it right as soon as possible. If it doesn't fit, it breaks, or you've changed your mind, let us know. Please see below for more information on our Return and Refund policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery date to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need proof of purchase, such as your receipt, and you will need to send us pictures of the item along with a written description of the issue with the item. Pictures or videos should show the fault in the item as clearly as possible, as well as another photo of the full item and its packaging. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Once we have enough information, we will send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package securely in its original packaging and with the return form provided. Items sent without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You do not have to pay for return shipping. Returns are inspected and handled on a case-by-case basis. All returned items must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will never pay for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We're sorry, even if it happens rarely. If you do not receive your order, you will be eligible for a reshipment or refund.
We accept returns from the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you purchased from outside of these countries, please contact us for your return and refund procedure.
In general, we do not charge restocking or return shipping fees. There are a few non-returnable items and exceptions, usually due to incorrect addresses, used items, or customized products. We have extended return times in certain circumstances.
